All Mexican foods for both restaurants are prepared In El Patio's modern and streamlined kitchen, then sent to the Plaza cafe. El Patio caters to large and small parties, visiting football teams and other groups. It can also accomodate requests for small banquets on only a few hours notice. Plenty of parking space Is provided, Cuellar said. Cuellar brothers, three of their brother-ln-U ws and an uncle.

Although these restaurants do not form a chain, Cuellar; said, they are the biggest sellers of Mexican foods in the country. Tourists with a liking for fine foods and Mexican dishes in particular, are guided to these restaurants by signs posted outside each town in which they are located. The Plaza was recently repainted, Cuellar said. However, he said, the same pictures and decorations were retained because requests by customers that the same Mexican-type atmosphere be continued in the restaurant which has been In operation here for 10 years. El Patio will celebrate its first anniversary on the 28th of this month.

During this year, Cuellar stated, the restaurant has developed into one of the most popular eating places, Ah J. D. 8 NELL. J. I.
